Hi, I’m Jane and let me start off by saying I like, no make that LOVE, to make things.
I learned to quilt when my first child was born over 30 years ago. I’ve always loved the look of traditional patchwork quilts and have made many for friends and family over the years and have always loved finding new patterns and to continue to improve my craftsmanship.
My free time is sometimes spent with my grandchildren or doing one of the hobbies that I love, like reading or gardening. A couple of years ago, I was trying to find a new hobby that would be easy on my back after having some health issues. Sewing just isn’t for me anymore.
A couple of years ago, my daughter suggested that I try making stained glass panels as a new hobby because sewing was too hard on my hands after some health problems. I did enjoy learning a new craft but just never developed the passion for it like I have with sewing.
Luckily my health is better and back to doing what I love. I created this website to share some tips and tricks I have picked up over the years. I hope you enjoy my site.
Thanks for Visiting
I hope you enjoyed my story. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me and ask. I’ll do my best to answer them.

Jane
